SecurPress provides better adhesion for 2-piece pouching systems. While the StomaGenie® is in place over the stoma, the SecurPress® slides down over the cartridge, pushing the baseplate into place and pressing it firmly against the skin for maximum adhesion and seal.

How To Select Your Size
To select the ideal size of your StomaGenie® capture cartridge or SecurPress®, measure the cut out opening of your baseplate that fits comfortably over your stoma.
Note that you’ll measure the internal opening. On the image above, for example, the cartridge size would be 1 ½” .
